Masonry 'Dulux Weathershield' (colour - GARDINIA). Windows 'Sadolin Superdec'. Front door 'Sikkens HLS' and 'Filter Seven' (colour - LIGHT OAK).

The black plinth finishes the job off.

I repaired and painted the woodwork and masonry on this house in July and August 2018.

May 2019

This gable is north facing and was covered in mildew. I scrubbed the boarding with a fungicidal solution and applied 2 coats of “Bedec Barn Paint Matt Black”.

The paint was flaking off of these steel garage doors. I rubbed them down and applied 3 coats of Zinsser All-coat.

These wooden windows had been stained with Sadolin Extra Light Oak. I prepped them and painted them with Superdec Grey.

The old render has been removed from this house ready for the plasterer to re-render.

After

New render has been applied. Three coats of “Santex Masonry Paint” and the scaffolding taken down. Works completed in August 2018.

Woodwork “Sadolin Superdec” (Colour - JUNGLE GREEN) satin finsh.

All pipework painted in matt BLACK.

Windows have been painted with ‘Sadolin Superdec’ (Colour - BUTTERMILK) satin finish.

June 2018 Exterior Work

The facia and boarding have been painted in ‘Sadolin Superdec’ (Colour - GREY RAL7015) satin finish.

Thresholds were sanded back to bare wood and treated to two coats ‘Sikkens HLS base coat’ followed by 2 coats ‘Sikkens Filter 7 top coat’ - (Colour - LIGHT OAK)

The masonry has been painted with 'Dulux Weathershield'. The windows have been painted with 'Sadolin Superdec'. The fascia, soffit and downpipes have been painted with 'Bedec Satin' (BLACK).

Looking smart in the sunshine.

The brickwork has been painted with 'Dulux Weathershield Masonry Paint'. The windows have been painted with 'Dulux Weathershield Timber Paint'.

The feather edge boarding has been painted with 'Bedec Barn Paint' (colour - BLACK MATT)

The windows have been painted with 'Farrow and Ball External Eggshell'.

The woodwork has been painted with 'Sadolin Superdec' (colour - WALNUT).

Before

New oak balustrades fitted to replace rotten ones. Ready to be primed before undercoat and gloss.

First day on the job - lots of prep work!

These oak doors have had two coats of Osmo exterior oil.

October 2018. Doors rubbed down and painted with three coats of Zinsser All-coat.
